Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date qualify for a full refund of the service fee.
Requests received less than 48 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund due to resource allocation.
Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule the service once without additional charge if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no digital material has been downloaded or accessed.
Once access to the product is granted, no refund will be issued as digital files are non-recoverable.
Refunds are processed within 30 days via the same payment channel.

4.3 Physical Products

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
